Korean Ramen Noodles//easy food recipes

Korean Ramen Noodles


Ingredients:

  • 100g of fresh ramen noodles
  • 200ml of chicken broth
  • 50g of sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 small carrot, julienned
  • 50g of spinach
  • 1 soft-boiled egg
  • 1 tablespoon of gochujang
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pot
  • Strainer
  • Skillet
  • Chopsticks
  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer.
  • Add the fresh ramen noodles to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions, typically around 4-5 minutes.
  • While the noodles are cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add sesame oil.
  • Add shiitake mushrooms and carrots to the skillet, sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
  • Stir in the spinach until wilted, then mix in the gochujang and soy sauce.
  • Once the noodles are cooked, strain them and add them directly to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables.
  • Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  • Serve the ramen in a bowl, top with the soft-boiled egg, chopped green onion, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
